FEES

The current fee for using the Unregistered Easement Inquires - Online is $25 CAN plus HST for a total of $28.25 CAN per single lot search (i.e. only one property description).

If you are unable to use the Unregistered Easement Inquires - Online or wish to mail in a request to search and receive a reply by Canada Post, the current fee is $25 CAN plus HST for a total of $28.25 CAN per single lot search. If multiple lots are to be searched, requests can be mailed in together with a single cheque to cover the total amount. A single letter reply confirming the existence of Hydro One Networks Inc.'s rights, if any, will be sent within 21 days.
